Firstly, when searching for a spare part, make sure you know your type(model) number to determine the part's compatibility with your device. As well this will make it easier to search through our large selection of spare parts and accessories. If you still are experiencing difficulties, or doubts, then feel free to contact us and we will ensure you get the right parts you are looking for.

Orders that we can supply from our own stock should be delivered to you promptly. You will aslo recieve a track and tace code with your order so you can follow its progress. However, if you have any trouble or worries, feel free to contact us via the methods mentioned above. It must be noted that if we have had to order through our suppliers, delivery will take a few more days. If you have recieved the wrong product, or the product is damaged, then of course you can return your product free of charge, and we will be more than willing to send out a replacement part if desired. If you have ordered the wrong part (always check your appliance type number's compatibility with a part before purchasing) then you can also return your purchase, however you will have to pay postage costs.
